Our experimental test kitchen, The Lab Parsnip, is now fully operational in downtown Seattle.

This state of the art facility is constructed below ground and covers over three thousand square feet of prime real estate. It is equipped with a panoply of super high end equipment, a stable supply of noble gases and an ice-room. 

The entire facility is hermetically sealed, utilizes Class 3 Hepa filters and is sound-proofed to the outside world at STC Level 52.
