Once a quarter we dim the lights at The Last Parsnip for a unique dining experience. Our “Blackout Dinners” introduces diners to an intensely stimulating selection of dishes served through the confines of our own dark dining program.
Specially designed with the aid of a former CIA operative, the program combines sensory deprivation with the very real prospect of physical harm. Diners are denied access to light, conversation with fellow guests and any reasonable prospect of mobility.
The evening provides for a lasting memory that will stay with our guests for the rest of their lives.
Temporary ropes and grab-handles are provided to facilitate access to the rest rooms.
Please note that our Reservations Policy is strictly enforced and spaces are extremely limited.
